Watching the same videos up to 5 times in different sections of the course does not make people want to pay attention. Some of the questions on the written exam are poorly worded while others were not covered in the course. Important information should be stressed more and have questions related to it on the written exam. Is it more important to know what chapter of the regulations the information comes from or the information itself?
